Making for quite the scary situation, Tori Spelling rushed her young son Liam to the hospital on Wednesday morning (January 19).

The former “Beverly Hills 90210” star whisked her three-old boy off to the Emergency Room after he fell off of the kitchen table and hit his head – which resulted in vomiting.

After returning home, Spelling tweeted, “Scary morning…Just got back from the ER. He’s better –just have to watch him.”

Later in the day, Tori reassured her concerned fans via Twitter, “Liam is feeling better. Thanks for all your well wishes!”
