A sparkly Paris Hilton celebrated her birthday a month late in Las Vegas! On hand was her new beau, Doug Reinhardt, along with cast members from her show My New BFF.

Paris threw the event at Body English nightclub in Las Vegas. Paris performed one of her songs, then Doug led in singing Happy Birthday. Later Paris was presented with a HUGE birthday cake by Jeff Beacher.

Paris and Doug arrived in Sin City the previous day and spent Friday evening hanging out at AGO inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

A spokeswoman for the company said the range had been developed to target a wide age range of women from teens upward, with its mix of sophisticated and bright, playful pieces.

Paris Hilton headed out with new beau, Dough Reihnardt to Whitney Port’s birthday party earlier this week. Whitney celebrated her 24th birthday with friends at El Compadre Mexican Restaurant on Sunset Blvd.

Paris and Doug stopped by with a gift and a quick visit before heading to My House where they were spotted making out!

Paris Hilton attempts to go incognito as she wears all black from head to toe while leaving a tanning salon this weekend.

And even though Paris already celebrated her birthday in NYC, she’s also going to have a bash in Las Vegas this weekend!

The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has confirmed that Paris will be celebrating her 28th birthday in its nightclub, Body English, the weekend of March 6th. She will have two private parties in the penthouse suite with 30 of her closest friends.

Dan Levy, owner of AdultsOnlyList.com, has coined the term “The Paris Hilton Effect” to describe the idea that “Women are immersed with the idea, from every media outlet in the country, that having sex on the first date is the norm.”

According to a study conducted on his dating site, women are more likely to have an intimate encounter with men whom they have known for less than 6 hours. 20,000 women daters aged 18 - 35 were polled and a staggering 34% revealed that they would wait less than 1 date (or approximately 6 hours) with a man before engaging in intimate behaviors.

Mr. Levy further explains that “Hollywood and the media have really set the stage for this to be a reality. Every other image the average woman sees is of a major celebrity flashing their underwear or hanging on the arm of a different man every night. That being said, the results aren’t very shocking to me.”

Paris Hilton is spotted sitting down and then walking the catwalk to promote Japanese clothes brands at “No Name” club in Takeshiba, Tokyo.

Paris is in town with possible new boyfriend, Doug Reihnardt. Rumor also has it that she followed Robert Pattinson into town because he’s there for the Twilight premiere!

I’m guessing the latter is true, especially with reports saying that Paris and Doug have been hooking up secretly for late-night trysts at Paris’ place for several weeks now.

Well here’s something you don’t see every day… Paris Hilton avoiding the paparazzi! Seems Paris was spotted at Barry Diller’s Pre-Oscar Party in Beverly Hills. With her back to the camera, she sinks to the ground and lights a cigarette.

In other news, one of Paris’ British BFF contestants (Meddy Ford) raves about her, saying “When I auditioned for the show, I didn’t care about the fame. I just wanted to meet her, hang out with her, see what she’s like and get to know her. It turned out she was everything I thought she would be and more. She’s perfection and I feel so privileged to have spent that time with her. People class her as a dumb blonde but she’s so not, and if I could have one per cent of her success, I would die happy.”

Paris Hilton scored some Razzie awards last night!

On the eve of the Oscars, the Golden Raspberry Awards were handed out Saturday night to some of the least acclaimed films of the year.

Mike Myers was the biggest winner for The Love Guru, which took home Worst Picture, Worst Actor (for Myers himself), and Worst Screenplay.

Paris earned awards for Worst Actress (for The Hottie & The Nottie), Worst Supporting Actress (for Repo! The Genetic Opera), and Worst Couple (with either Christine Lakin or Joel David Moore in The Hottie & The Nottie)!

Paris and Nicky Hilton were spotted leaving La Esquina Restaurant in NYC earlier this week.

In other news, Paris was reportedly hurt to see pictures of ex-boyfriend Benji Madden cozying up to Katy Perry.

A source says, “Paris still has very strong feelings for Benji and seeing those pictures has really hurt her - especially as they were taken so close to her birthday.

“She is determined to get Benji back and she is not going to let anyone or anything stand in her way.”

Paris Hilton was spotted juggling some shopping bags as she exited her hotel in downtown Manhattan yesterday. Paris is spending the week in NYC, celebrating both her birthday AND Fashion Week.

Speaking of her birthday, it seems that Mickey Rourke showed up uninvited to her celebration!! The 56-year-old actor arrived at 2am, seemingly unaware the party was taking place.

A guest told Mickey that he had walked into Paris party and he said, “Who’s party? I’m having my own party!”

The actor then snuggled up with a lady friend in a corner, but was later pictured partying with Paris and her friends.

Bizarre!
