Bringing the weekend to a close, Miley Cyrus was busy shopping the day away in West Hollywood, CA on Sunday (April 17).

The “Last Song” starlet looked cute in a navy and white patterned dress with a navy off-the-shoulder buttondown sweater as she popped into American Rag to pick up a few new purchases.

A bit earlier in the day, Miss Cyrus tweeted a pic showing off her new tattoo while writing, “Rocking piggy tails for the first time since like 6th grade! I love summer time ”

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miley has announced plans to go on tour to South America and Australia over the summer – opting to bypass performing in the States.

Oh no Miley, don’t turn into the next Lilo please! Miley Cyrus only turned 18 this past November, that means she is 3 years under the legal drinking age in California. So what was she doing drunk in public this weekend at the Hollywood hot spot, the Chateau Marmont of all places! We hear Miley was so drunk after 2 hours that her friends had to sneak her out the back door so the paparazzi wouldn’t get the pictures, but as usual, someone did.

Miley Cyrus topped a poll of the Worst Celebrity Influence for the second year in a row on AOL’s JSYK.com (Just So You Know), taking 58 percent of the 99,000 votes.

Although no reasons have been given for Miley receiving the dubious honor, she had a controversial 2010 after video footage showing star inhaling smoke from a bong was posted on the internet.

Miley beat off competition from Demi Lovato and Lindsay Lohan, who both entered rehab last year, Teen Mom star Amber Portwood, Kanye West and Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, who was arrested for possession of marijuana.

She’s turning 18 on November 23rd, and Miley Cyrus wants her divorcing parents to come back together to celebrate her birthday.

The “Can’t Be Tamed” babe seems convinced that her whole family just needs some time together to sort out the drama that’s surfaced as of late.

She explained, “I’m not going to go crazy – [just] have a fun party and then maybe take a vacation with my family. That would be really cool. I think we need time to all be together.”

“That would be rad if we could all go to the beach or something. Somewhere near water. I’m a water baby. I have to be near the water, and I love doing scuba and going out and being on a boat.”

Offering up a crowd-stirring performance, Miley Cyrus took her turn onstage at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2010 in Madrid, Spain on Sunday (November 7).

Held at the La Caja Magica, the “Hannah Montana” hottie sizzled as she showed her maturing ways during a rendition of her tune “Who Owns My Heart”.

As for the show, the 2010 installment of the EMAs was hosted by Eva Longoria with a digital host appearance by Justin Bieber.

Meanwhile, performers gracing the stage during the annual ceremony aside from Miss Cyrus included B.o.B., Shakira, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Ke$ha and Linkin Park, among many others.

For those interested in checking out the action, the two-hour show premieres 9PM ET/PT tonight (November 7) on MTV2.
