That’s the question MTV execs are asking themselves. Lauren has made it clear that the fifth season (it starts March 30th, woohoo!) will be her last. So where does that leave the show? According to new reports the show may go one sans its central character.

The LA Times blog says an MTV insider told them the company is contemplating continuing the series with the existing cast Audrina, Brody, Heidi, Spencer but of course, they’re super sad to see Conrad go.

“Fans first fell in love with Lauren when she was just 17 years old and a high school senior in Laguna Beach,” executive producer Liz Gately told the LAT. “For the five years that followed, Lauren allowed MTV to follow every aspect of her incredible journey in life. We watched her grow into an adult on ‘The Hills,’ from her first real love to finding a career in fashion to difficult times when friendships unraveled. It is bittersweet, but I understand why she is saying goodbye.

Heidi and Spencer better watch out because there’s a brand new paparazzi magnet in town.  Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt might just surpass Speidi to become the most photographed MTV Reality Couple. Am I the only one anxiously awaiting tonight’s episode of The City?  Olivia Palermo has been an overbearing “you know what” the entire season.  She tried to pick Whitney’s friends, she tried to pick Whitney’s apartment and she bad mouthed Whitney’s boyfriend but now she’s crossed the line.  In the clip above, she totally takes credit for Whitney’s work at DVF.  Hopefully, we’ll get to see Whit finally stand up for herself once and for all!

Lauren Conrad’s ex-boyfriend from Jason Wahler has called off his engagement to his 21 year old fiance Katja Decker Sadowski (pictured above). The bad boy from Laguna Beach broke the news exclusively to US Weekly.

“I have decided to end my engagement, and it’s an amicable split,” the Hills star, 22, tells Usmagazine.com.

Wahler — who has also dated Lauren Conrad — says they’re “still good friends. “We agreed we are both just too young to be considering getting married right now,” he added.

After spending Valentine’s Day with him, Paris Hilton couldn’t bear to leave her alleged new beau Doug Reinhardt. The heiress has a few business related appearances in Japan week so she invited Doug to tag along.

A snitch spilled the beans to E! News.

The coy couple, who, we’re told, have been hooking up secretly for late-night trysts at Paris’ place for several weeks now, left Los Angeles International Airport late Tuesday morning on a United Airlines flight bound for the Land of the Rising Sun.

“She had an extra seat in first class,” says the source. “Instead of taking her assistant, she took Doug.”

For their latest stunt Heidi staged a surprise for her husband fiance, Spencer. She bought him a shiny ‘68 Camaro, slapped a bow on it and plastered her body across the hood.  What’s the occasion you ask?  Well, it’s not Spencer’s birthday (that’s in August) and Christmas and Valentines Day have come and gone.  According, to reports, Heidi bought the car as an “early wedding present” for their upcoming third commitment ceremony.

Lindsay Lohan posed for another nude photoshoot! After her critical acclaim for the New York Magazine “Last Sitting” portraits from last year, Lindsay Lohan decided to pose naked again.

The photoshoot was done by Hedi Slimane, a fashion designer known for his love of thin models, and can be seen in full here or in the video below. It’s a very sensual photoshoot, only hinting at nudity, using Lindsay’s hair or jacket to keep it discreet. That said, Lindsay is obviously very thin around the hips and stomach!
