A sparkly Paris Hilton celebrated her birthday a month late in Las Vegas! On hand was her new beau, Doug Reinhardt, along with cast members from her show My New BFF.

Paris threw the event at Body English nightclub in Las Vegas. Paris performed one of her songs, then Doug led in singing Happy Birthday. Later Paris was presented with a HUGE birthday cake by Jeff Beacher.

Paris and Doug arrived in Sin City the previous day and spent Friday evening hanging out at AGO inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

The collection includes smart casual items as well as more glitzy styles, with T-shirts and vest

A spokeswoman for the company said the range had been developed to target a wide age range of women from teens upward, with its mix of sophisticated and bright, playful pieces.

Paris Hilton headed out with new beau, Dough Reihnardt to Whitney Port’s birthday party earlier this week. Whitney celebrated her 24th birthday with friends at El Compadre Mexican Restaurant on Sunset Blvd.

Paris and Doug stopped by with a gift and a quick visit before heading to My House where they were spotted making out!

Paris Hilton has accepted the honor of being the first The Fragrance Foundation’s Celebrity of the Year. Parlux Fragrances has been part of the power behind Paris’ successful fragrances, including Can Can, Paris Hilton and Heiress.

This inaugural award which will be presented at The Foundation’s Annual FiFi Awards scheduled for May 27th in New York. Congrats to Paris!

Brett Lazar, a casting associate for MTV, blogged about the production process for season 2 of Paris Hilton’s My New BFF. He talks about the pre-event and then his post-event evaluation….

Just as I thought, the castings were a great success. The turnout was amazing, as the lines of hopefuls coated the sidewalks before they were allowed to enter the venues. The individuals who were auditioning were filled with excitement and were composed of very diverse individuals which always makes for good television, ESPECIALLY for reality shows. A lot of great pictures were taken and the interviews ran smoothly and according to plan. We were able to sign up a ton of people who were unique in their own ways which was great. Now, the next step is to take all of the footage and interviews we had compiled and bring it over to MTV. There, we will vote on who we think has what it takes and eliminate those who we feel do not. When this list is complete we will send it over to Paris herself, where her and her team will take a look at her potential cast members. We will then wait on her approval, and lastly contact the finalists and give them the details of the next steps that will be taken.

Kathy Hilton has spoken out, saying she wants her eldest daughter to like, stay single for a little while.

“My dating advice for Paris would be just to take your time,” Kathy told Tarts in Hollywood. “It is okay to be alone; you don’t have to always be with someone.”

Kathy also says she’s in no rush to be a grandma to Nicky and her fiance Dave Katzenberg.

“Oh no, she is only 25! They are happy and a cute couple, they’re so grounded,” Kathy said. “But it’s too soon for kids as well; I don’t want to be called grandma for a while.”

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt were spotted out in West Hollywood earlier this week having a romantic dinner together!

The new couple was spotted out at Dan Tana’s in West Hollywood. Paris has been spending a lot of time with the professional baseball player in the past few weeks, especially with their recent trip to Japan! I’m guessing he’ll be at her Vegas birthday bash too.

Paris Hilton attempts to go incognito as she wears all black from head to toe while leaving a tanning salon this weekend.

And even though Paris already celebrated her birthday in NYC, she’s also going to have a bash in Las Vegas this weekend!

The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has confirmed that Paris will be celebrating her 28th birthday in its nightclub, Body English, the weekend of March 6th. She will have two private parties in the penthouse suite with 30 of her closest friends.

Paris Hilton’s second album has been postponed until Summer 2009, even though Paris was quoted saying that it is “basically finished.”

She chatted with a Canadian newspaper, adding “I’m just doing a couple more songs and as soon as I have time I’m going to plan out a tour. It’s just hard with my schedule.”

While in Japan, Paris defended her obsession for being taken seriously. “I am taken very seriously as a businesswoman, in the business world and by the people I do business with. If anyone wants to say otherwise, they have no idea what they’re talking about.”
